By accessing or using Uniworld V2's AI image editing service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Uniworld V2 provides an advanced AI image editing service that enables precise, region-aware image editing using natural-language prompts. Our instruction-based model with RL-enhanced accuracy supports region-aware editing, multi-round edit consistency, advanced typography, and precision object manipulation.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Uniworld V2 provides AI image editing capabilities. You may use our service only as permitted by law and these Terms. You agree not to misuse our service, generate harmful or inappropriate content, or help anyone else to do so. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our service.

Uniworld V2 operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to edit images and must be purchased through our payment system. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Credits do not expire but may be subject to account closure policies.

Our service allows you to upload images and create AI-edited images. You retain all rights to your uploaded content, but you grant us a license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. You are responsible for any content you upload and must have the necessary rights to share that content.

You may not use Uniworld V2 to edit images in ways that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our instruction-based AI models or technology. Commercial use of edited images may be subject to additional terms.

Uniworld V2 is an AI-powered service and may not always produce perfect results. Edited images may contain artifacts, inconsistencies, or unexpected elements. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of edited images for any particular purpose, including commercial use or specific design requirements.

Our service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Uniworld V2, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Uniworld V2 regarding our service and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
